SATISFACTION GUARANTEED 

Your satisfaction with the service we provide is of great importance to us. If you are not satisfied with our order, we are committed to finding a speedy solution to the issue. However, we are not responsibility if certain circumstances beyond our control occur. For example; Spelling, translation, image quality  etc. These issues must be verified by you before your website goes live. This is why it is extremely important to double-check and test your website before you approve to go live.



PLACING YOUR ORDER

By placing an order you agree to accept all terms and conditions of this agreement and create a legally binding contract with RedDog Web and any of its sister companies for any design and or print services. You will also be responsible for payment in full as outlined in this agreement. Quotes and Written Estimates are valid for 10 days. 
 


CUSTOMER SUBMITTED CONTENT

All material text, images, video, animations or any other content needed to begin and complete the website must be supplied to our team before any design work will be started. The customer must supply the content within 30 days of ordering and making the first payment for the website project. If the customer fails to supply the content within 30 days the project will be removed from our active status. There will be a $100 fee to reactivate your project. 
 


ORDER / PROJECT APPROVAL

Once the content has been supplied to our team, we will begin the design process. The initial website design link will be emailed to you. You will be able to view and request alterations. 
 

 

PRODUCTION TIME

The production turnaround time begins once all the content has been supplied to our team and the first of the three payments has been made. All alterations requested must be made via email, turnaround for each revision round is 2 to 3 business days regardless of the complexity. 
 

 

PAYMENT TERMS

All project payment terms are made in 3 instalments: 
First Instalment: Before the web design project is started.
Second Instalment: When the initial website is displayed to you.
Third Instalment: When you approve the website. 
After the third instalment is processed your website will go live.
 
 


ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Orders are eligible for cancellation upon request via email within 24 hours of order being placed, subject to applicable cancellation charges. If the job is cancelled, charges for any labor hours (domain name registration, hosting setup) or administrative fees (credit cards fees, etc.) will be subtracted from your refund. No Refunds are issued for any reason once the initial website design has been displayed to you. 
 


ACCEPTING CLIENTS

We reserves the right to refuse service to any person, company, reseller, affiliate or any third party without disclosing a reason or to terminate any project prior to completion at any time and for any reason. You agree that RedDog Web shall have no liability of any kind to you or to any third party arising from such refusal or termination. 
 
The laws of Quebec govern this agreement.
